Our Repair Policy | Every product we repair at Federal Telecommunications, Inc. carries a full one-year advance replacement warranty. Request RMA# for Repair | Our Repair Procedures | Our business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00PM (PST). Prior authorization is required for any product being shipped to us for repair. After obtaining the necessary information from you we will issue you a "Return Authorization" (RA#) number. Upon receipt of the defective equipment we will ship the repaired items back to you within 5-10 business days. We now repair PSII & PSIII Phones (Part #0230050/1) at $95 each Repair Pricing Catalog | Our Advance Replacement Policy | | We can immediately ship a replacement product within 24 hours of issuing a Return Authorization Number. The charge for this service is $25.00 per item. This charge will be billed along with the repair cost for your defective equipment. When you recieve your advance replacement equipment immediately ship your defective equipment to Federal Telecommunications, Inc. If we do not receive your defective equipment within 10 days from our ship date your account will be charged an additional $25.00 for every 10 days the equipment is late. If the defective equipment is non-economical to repair you will be contacted as to a cost to purchase the Advance Replacement Equipment. | | |
